This area is primarily used to view the minutes of previous council meetings

Members of the public are welcome at Council meetings and can raise any issues during the Open Session which is at the beginning of every normal meeting. After the Open Session, members of the public are very welcome to stay but they should only contribute if invited to by the Chairman.

Note ! The Agenda of the of the last meeting will stay available until the minutes of that meeting have been accepted as true at the following meeting.
