Lincoln: A man was appearing in court today in connection with a raid at Fiskerton Post Office.

Mark Andrew Palmer (33) of Charlesworth Street, Carholme, Lincoln, was due to appear at Lincoln Crown Court.

He is charged with aggravated burglary at the post office in the early hours of Sunday, July 25.

He is also charged with stealing a car on the same day.

Palmer was previously remanded in custody after appearing at Lincoln magistrates’ court.
