Fiskerton: Police are still appealing for information about two men they are seeking in connection with a raid on the village post office last Sunday.

Mark Andrew Palmer (33) has been charged with committing aggravated burglary after the incident. He is also charged with stealing a car on the same day.

The car was later found abandoned in Montaigne Crescent in Glebe Park, Lincoln, at about 4.30am.

Lincoln magistrates sent the case to crown court. Palmer, of Charlesworth Street, Carholme, Lincoln, was remanded in custody until Tuesday.
